Residential construction and renovation projects require the coordination of many specialists — architects, engineers, contractors, expeditors, vendors, and consultants. Each plays an important role, but none is solely responsible for protecting the owner’s interests across the entire project.
An owner’s representative serves as the client’s advocate and central point of contact, providing independent oversight from concept through completion. By coordinating the project team, managing communication, tracking budgets and schedules, and anticipating issues before they become costly problems, we bring clarity, structure, and accountability to a complex process.
For clients, that means better information, fewer surprises, and greater confidence that every decision is being made with their home, investment, and long-term goals in mind.

Harron Zimmerman
With more than 20 years of experience in construction, design coordination, and project delivery, Harron Zimmerman advises homeowners, developers, investors, and institutions through complex renovation and construction projects.
As an owner’s representative, Harron serves as the client’s advocate from planning through completion — coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors while keeping budgets, schedules, quality standards, and project goals aligned.
His experience spans luxury residential renovations, apartment combinations, commercial interiors, capital improvements, tenant fit-outs, and ground-up construction. With a deep understanding of both design and construction, Harron brings clarity, accountability, and practical oversight to every phase of a project.
Prior to establishing his independent practice, Harron held leadership positions at a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, overseeing project delivery, client relations, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Howard L. Zimmerman, FAIA
Howard L. Zimmerman is an architect, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor with more than four decades of experience guiding complex design, construction, and development projects throughout New York and across the United States.
Since founding Howard L. Zimmerman Architects & Engineers in 1982, Howard has advised property owners, developers, institutions, and building operators on projects ranging from capital improvements and repositioning strategies to large-scale renovations, new construction, and long-term asset planning.
His perspective as both an architect and business owner allows him to evaluate projects through the lenses of design, constructability, budget, operations, and long-term value. In 2017, Howard was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects, one of the profession’s highest honors.
